You should, I know it sounds corny as hell, but it’s something that everyone can get together and do which makes it as much about the process as it does the food (which AB might actually approve of!). And honestly, I’ve never had better ice cream than the stuff that comes out of Krys’ family’s churn.

Oh, it was delicious! The skin was nice and crispy, the white-meat was juicy and tender, and the whole bird was very nicely accented by the garlic, lemon, and thyme. Extremely flavorful.
